We're back from Utah and boy did our time there go by quickly! It was so nice to be home. It had been a year since we had all been back home. It was so much fun to see all the families again. I can't believe how much the little kiddos have all grown!
While visiting we enjoyed doing all our traditions such as playing games, eating SUGAR COOKIES, watching movies and sitting by the fireplace, building snowmen, enjoying lots and lots of yummy food, eating at Maddox, (Yummy!), enjoying all the family Christmas parties , staying up late talking, playing video games and of course getting my annual yucky winter cold. And then there were a few things that DIDN'T happen this year: I actually DIDN'T do anyone's hair this trip, we didn't make it to "The Maker" or "The Table" to eat (bummer!), and no going to see any Christmas lights...maybe next year ;)
It was fun while it lasted but as always it's nice to be home. It's always nice to sleep in my own bed, not live out of a suitcase, enjoy our 80 degree weather here (ya, that's right I said 80), and not be sick! We hope everyone had a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

80 degrees sounds nice right now. I love the snow, but to me after christmas is over... the snow is just pointless. now it's a count down to spring.=) enjoy it Polls! It's your last warm winter and then you move on back home.
Glad you are feeling better and had a great Christmas. You've earned a break. Hope things are nice as you get back to the daily grind.
It was good to see you. 80 degrees does sound nice. I'm freezing!
