My friend Amanda invited us to a Christmas celebration that she goes to every year! It was great! There were carriage rides, train rides, yummy treats, hot chocolate and more!! We mostly went to see Santa and see how Makenzi would react to him. Well, you'll see in the picture that it didn't really go that well! She wanted nothing to do with him! :( Poor thing! We tried to see if I sat on Santa's lap if Makenzi would then sit on my lap, NOPE not even a chance! Oh well, maybe next year....or not! Overall, it was a lot of fun and the temperature was just right, we just needed our long sleeved shirts and we were good! Fun times!

Looks like a fun Christmas extravaganza thing! LOVE the classic santa picture! Everyone has to have one of those every year! Maybe next year she'll learn to love Santa, or maybe not. Tyler probably still wouldn't sit on his lap either! Oh well! ;)
How interesting to go to a Christmas event without being cold and really wanting some hot chocolate. These times in your life are certainly worth recording. I am pretty sure you will not be spending more than just one more Christmas in the heat.
Kenzigirl reacted as most young children do to Santa, and I am sure good ole' santa is use to it. Imagine the ulternative, of having the child pull on his whiskers and beard!!! Thanks for the movie of her and da red pet! I love seeing her teeth. I am glad you have Amanda to play with hon, makes life down there a bit more bearable.
