How Cute is This??

I had ordered this adorable crib bedding for little Jax's room that already matched the paint that was in the room. I got a great deal on it and was so excited to get it set up. Well, it came in the mail and I got it all set up and quickly realized that the room was still missing something (or a couple of "somethings"). He really needed some curtains or something that would add a little bit more. I got online and the curtains that matched the bedding were around $90 for 2 panels!! This was more than the entire crib bedding set! So I dismissed that idea and called mom for some help. She quickly volunteered and said she would work on something for the windows while she was here. Well, after thinking of ideas and what we could do we decided that a valance would be super cute and then my mom got the idea to do the applique's on it.

After much sewing, ironing, sewing, cutting, gluing and sewing here is the final
result! SOOO SUPER CUTE!! They turned out better than what the panels looked like! I LOVE IT!!
