Well Lookie What We Have Here…

Our first Pre-school Graduate!

That’s right, folks! Kenzi has officially graduated from her preschool class!  Aawwwww!

(Jaxson was already all about the refreshments and having some licorice!)

She was so excited! Jaxson was funny, Kenzi walked in with her class to the graduation music and he was so excited to see her and wanted her to look at him so bad so he yelled “Sisther, hey, look me!”  LOL! It was great!

(Our little graduate….promise we didn’t tell her to strike a pose! What a cutie!) Smile

They were all SOO cute! They sang songs and did some poems.  Kenzi was Little Miss Muffet for one of them.  She had her cute hat on and did her little scream perfectly at the end (she’s had lots of practice as she’s scared of EVERY flippin little bug/fly/ant/spider/insect possible.  Maybe not scared….more like TERRIFIED (but that’s a whole different post!).

(Little Miss Muffet)

She was sad that she wouldn’t be seeing Teacher Vicki or her friends as much anymore but she is SUPER excited to be going to Kindergarten! Yay!

She’s had a great year taking Lollipop Muffin home and having adventures with her (the class stuffed puppy), she loved being able to take fun things to class for show and tell.  But mostly she loved, I mean LOVED, learning how to READ!!  (This would be my favorite part too!)  She would read her baggie books over and over again until she could turn them in and get new ones.  This will be a fun summer going to the library! Yay!

It was such a fun morning...all I could think of all morning was can I get there, can I NOT worry about where a bathroom is, is this worth it for a 10 minute 'pre-school' graduation??? hahahahaha....I am here to tell you the whole thing was such fun...from the time of arrival and Jax walking right through the unseeded flower bed as it rained from the heavens and tracking the mud up the walk, to watching that glorious smile on Kenzigirls face as she marched in...to listening to her (okay I really couldn't hear her but saw her mouth moving) sing every single word of every single song. And then watching her rein-act Little Miss Muffet to a tee and then watch her so proudly walking up to get her graduation certificate...all well worth it!! A wasted morning of 'worrying' LOL
Love you...grandmama
