Where does the time go?

Seriously, where does it go?! Bailee is now SIX months! This is just crazy to me.  I swear this little miss is on the fast track to growin up!

Here’s what’s she’s up to:

~ Sproutin some new teeth (ya, not tooth, TEETH!) It really is so cute to see those 2 little bottom teeth cuttin their way through. 

~ Rollin around – she likes to roll from her back to her tummy and more recently from her tummy to her back.

~ FOOD! – this girl loves her some baby food.  She’s pretty good at eating it too!  So far she’s likin the rice cereal.  And likes her veggies as well!

~ Binkies – WHaT?!!!  Yup, this little gal takes a binky on occasion now! When she started teething I gave it to her to give her something to chew on and now she likes them!  Totally crazy for someone who would have NOTHING to do with them before!

She’s working on a few more things like sitting up (almost but not quite), she loves to grab her toes and she may or may not chew on them from time to time (it’s hilarious!) and spending more time on her tummy. 

She loves her big sister and brother.  Jaxson is uber protective of her if Kenzi is bothering her (well, as far as he’s concerned).  He tells her “thisther, no touch baby”.  He cracks me up.  He likes to hold her hand and lay close enough to her so that she can swat his head. He thinks that’s funny.  Kenzi is a little mom to her.  She has a great ability to calm her down if she’s crying and mommy can’t get to her right away.  Bailee finds her quite entertaining!

Can’t believe she’s hit that six month mark!  It’s been so much fun!  Looking forward to the next six months (just not for it to go by so quickly! )
