Happy Halloween to everyone! We hope everyone had a fun and safe evening last night! We had a great time. I got home from work and tried to get Makenzi ready for the evening...she was NOT having it! She did not want me to paint her face AT ALL!! She wanted to get her Trick or Treat bag and head out the door! It was too funny. We decided to scrap the face painting til later and get going. We went Trick-or-Treating to our friends the Malnar's first. They live just a neighborhood over from us. She gave us some yummy Snickerdoodle cookies she had made. We then made it over to our friends the McOmbers. They have four kiddos and had invited Kenzi to join them for Trick-or-Treating. Before we went Kenzi finally let us do her face paint...it was a little hurried but turned out OK! ;)
Kenzi wasn't grasping the whole "Trick-or-Treating" concept at first but by the end she had it down and ran off to a neighbor (again) to get more candy! Oh how quickly they learn! She had a really fun time and enjoyed going out with the McOmber kids. It was a fun time...she was all tuckered out

(I guess I should explain why I'm in scrubs...we dressed up at work and I happen to have a stethoscope, lab jacket and scrubs at the house so I decided to be a Doctor!! I know...real original! hahaha Ü)

Those are some CUTE Halloween trick or treating pics! Looks like Kenzi was a pro after figuring it out! So cute! Glad she let you paint her face too! It looks darling! Btw-I emailed Juli to have her ask her friend about her blog! ha ha ha!! I'm obsessed!! :)

Kenzi is cute! She has gotten so big. I bet you are such a good mom. I hope that we can get together one of these days.
