19.Nicknames you have and why you have them

The first nickname I can ever remember having is Jeni Penny courteous of my mom   It was always, “Jeni Penny pudding and pie”. 

My maiden name is Bywater and in second grade one of my most FAVE teachers, Mrs. Johnson, always called me Jeni B all through that year and ever since!! No matter when I saw her around town (including AFTER I got married) she greeted me with “Jeni B!!!”

Truthfully, that nickname stuck with me for quite awhile.  Quite possibly through high school.   

When I started working at the salon in Houston, Lacy was asking me about my name and if Jeni was my full name or if it was Jenifer.  I told her, “nope, it’s Just Jeni!”  That’s all it took!  After that, it was always, “JUST JENI!!” whenever I got to work, a la Norm on Cheers! LOL! 

Other nicknames were given to me by my little sweetnesses: Mama, Mommy, and Mom .  Those would be my favorite ones
