Day 4

4. A habit that you wish you didn’t have

This is one habit I most definitely wish I didn’t have!! It causes headaches, fractured teeth, sore jaw, and many more painful side effects.  Yup, I grind my teeth.  I don’t know if I do it every night or if it’s only on nights that I’ve had extra stress or if it has anything at all to do with stress.  I’ve tried different mouth guards (so hot, I know!), I’m not a fan of them but still try to use them to try to save my teeth!! AAAHHHH!

Boo to grinding teeth! I'd say that's not so much a habit though. It's not like you're doing it on purpose! I say to relieve stress (and therefore relieve the teeth grinding) you & I need to go have a massage once a week! How 'bout that?! I'm in!! :)
